​Peter Hsiang-Kai Meng 孟祥凱 is the 75th descendant of the philosopher Mengzi 孟子. He has a bachelor's of science degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master's of science degree in Hydrology and Water Security from the University of Oklahoma.  A registered civil engineer in the States of California, Arizona, and the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan). He is also a California licensed builder and real estate broker. Mr. Meng founded the non-profit RENYI Corporation for the purpose of educating the public on the importance of human relations.
